There will be times when classes will be cancelled as we are in the building phase of our studio and working with our instructors to prevent as many cancellations as possible.  If a class needs to be cancelled we will post it here.  

  

Classes now forming!  (All classes are 60 min in length, unless otherwise noted)

KIDS 7-10yr olds YOGA SERIES! Session 1: Mondays January 9th 30th, 4-4:45pm. Session 2: Mondays February 6th- 27th, 4-4:45pm. Kids Yoga focuses on educating and empowering children through a playful and integrative approach to yoga. The theme of our weekly classes will vary but our main goals are to learn about the anatomy of your body, creating friendships with others, taking care of the Earth, math, reading, playing games, listening to music, building confidence, and learning how to relax the mind all through our Kids Yoga poses! Classes will run for 45 minutes and suggested ages are 7-10yrs. Cost: $45 Class presented by Laura Nelson. 

NEW! YOGA FOR TWEENS (10-14yr olds). Session 1: Mondays January 9th- 30th 7:30pm- 8:30pm. Session 2: Mondays February 6th-27th. Whether your tween is an athlete looking to improve performance, a dancer looking to increase flexibility and balance, or a tween looking for ways to calm the mind, and improve study skills, your tween will benefit from Yoga! This class incorporates a balanced sequence of poses, breathing techniques, stretching, and visualizations to strengthen the body, the mind, increase flexibility, increase balance, improve posture, reduce stress, and increase mindfulness for everyday life.
Cost: $45.00 (max. number- 10) Reserve your spot today!

Monday 6 pm: Mystic Power Yoga.  Instructor ~ Elise  Whether you want a little toning or are training for a marathon, this class will compliment any fitness program.  Strength and movement are followed by poses to relax and extend the muscle groups worked that day.  Long lean muscles reduce the risk of injury so you can achieve your personal goals.                  

Tuesday 6:30pm: Mystic Beginner's Yoga. Instructor ~ Michele NEW 4-SESSION SERIES STARTING TUESDAYS, JANUARY 10TH- 31ST & SESSION 2: TUESDAYS FEBRUARY 7TH- 28TH! Curious About Yoga? If you've ever wondered if you'd enjoy yoga, now is the time to explore yoga for yourself! Introduction to Yoga focuses on: * Yoga History * Basic Poses * Breathing * Sun Salutations * Your Needs Benefits of Yoga: * Increased Strength and Flexibility * Weight Loss * Stress Relief * Recovery from Surgery or Illness * Improved Athletic Performance. Classes are 90 minutes in length. Cost for the 4-session series is $45.  

Wednesday 6:30pm: Mystic Burn Instructor ~ Elise We’re adding a little heat to the studio! The room temp. for this class will be set at 85-90 degrees to sweat out toxins and warm the muscles for amazing flexibility.  Warm up with intense flow and move into the pleasure of a deep stretch.  Come experience how the warmth can get you deeper into your favorite poses.  Suggested additional accessories for this class include a hand towel, water bottle, and if preferred, a beach towel or yoga mat towel to reduce slipping on your mat. 

NEW! Thursday 5pm: Restorative/Gentle Yoga. Instructor ~ Michele  This class will focus on stretching and relaxing. The perfect class to attend after a hectic day at work that will put you in a great mood before going home to the family for supper. This is a great beginners class and will also be a favorable one for the advanced student as we will focus on more of the stretching and relaxing portion of yoga. No need to register....just show up and enjoy!

Thursday 6:30pm: Mystic Beginners level 2 Yoga. Instructor ~ Michele This class is for those that have completed our 4 session Beginners series who want to work on their practice before jumping into a more advanced class and for those that have a basic understanding of yoga poses and want to work on their practice.   

Saturday 9am: All Levels Yoga. Instructor ~ Elise.  Start your Weekend off with an invigorating morning class. Each Saturday will be a different form of yoga practiced depending upon the needs of the student.
