Yoga at Mystic Journey 
We believe Yoga is for EVERYONE!

Our Certified RYT-200hr instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of traditional yoga poses and basic alignment.  Our classes are small and are tailored to the individual needs of the student.
 

A person practicing yoga on a regular basis ensures a healthy lifestyle and attains the much desired peace of mind.  It is a great stress buster and a remedy for curing a number of chronic ailments.

Enjoy the comforts our yoga studio offers.  From the relaxing color of the room, the warmth of the special lighting, to the beautiful mural painting.  Experience the soothing feeling our studio induces.  This is what a traditional yoga setting is all about!

We offer many different class styles including: Hatha, Gentle, Power, Vinyasa, and HOT yoga!  We also offer a variety of class times throughout the week to fit into your schedule.  Go to our "Class Style/Class description page for an extended list of styles and class times.
